Stimulate the production of collagen and elastin for firmer skin with our microneedling services.
Microneedling is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure that uses tiny needles to create microscopic punctures in the skin. The punctures, or "micro-injuries", stimulate the skin to repair itself through a process called dermal remodeling. This process starts with inflammation, which causes the skin to produce more collagen and elastin, the elastic fibers that make skin look tight, smooth, and youthful. These microchannels allow for penetration of topical treatments such as PRF or serums to a deeper level and increases their efficacy by increasing absorption rate.
By renewing the production of collagen, the skin becomes plumped out, thicker, and retains its elasticity.
Microneedling helps with:
Combining microneedling with PRF and serums is recommended for best results.
Prior to performing the micro-needling treatment, the skin is cleansed and a topical numbing cream is applied. The micro-needling device itself contains many small needles that move up and down on the face. The provider will glide this across the areas that are being addressed. This is very well tolerated by clients. You may see some redness immediately after that improves within hours. All patients must undergo a consultation or good faith exam prior to their treatment. You can book the consultation and treatment together on the same day or separately.
PRF is Platelet Rich Fibrin which is a concentration of platelets, growth factors and cellular signaling factors that play a significant role in the biology of healing. PRF contains plasma proteins and proteases that work in a variety of ways to promote healing and prevent tissue degeneration. Compared to PRP, PRF injections release growth factors more slowly than PRP, resulting in a longer-lasting effect.
Compared to PRP, PRF injections release growth factors more slowly than PRP, resulting in a longer-lasting effect. PRP is also a byproduct of blood that is exceptionally rich in platelets. PRP is similar to PRF, but PRP does not have as many white blood cells as PRF and does not contain a fibrin sheath. When we spin PRP, we use an anticoagulant. PRP does not have mesenchymal stem cells like PRF.
PRF topical starts at $250 and is typically combined with microneedling. PRF injectables start at $600. Price will be determined at consultation or treatment session. Prices are subject to change. Consultation must be performed for new clients prior to services. For services other than Liposuction, this can be performed the same day if time allows. Half of the estimated cost of services is required to schedule treatment sessions.
Yes! PRF is use of your own blood. Therefore there are no allergic reactions. There also is no risk of rejection or disease transmission.
PRF holds regenerative properties that stimulate the body's natural healing processes, promoting tissue regeneration and collagen production. There are numerous clinical studies that have shown significant healing and long-lasting reduction in pain. Clinical results are proving PRF to be an effective, natural alternative to steroid injections, which temporarily relieve pain but do not help heal the cause.
PRF can be used in various medical and aesthetic treatments, making it a versatile option for patients seeking natural and effective solutions.
Depending on which treatment you are receiving, most patients have some improvement of symptoms by 4 weeks. PRF does take time to improve symptoms unlike other treatments such as steroid injections. It typically takes more than one treatment to see best results. 80% of patients reported improvement of symptoms by 6 months. Results do vary depending on the quality of a patient's PRF. Some patients who have underlying conditions or unhealthy lifestyle habits do not have as high of a concentration of PRF and therefore do not have as good of results.
There are many different treatment uses for PRF. Typically treatments are spaced 6-8 weeks apart. After 3-4 treatments the spacing can increase depending on the patient's response to treatment.
There may be redness, minor swelling, and bruising. In some cases, there may be a headache. These side effects generally pass within a few days at most.
You can return to your normal schedule immediately following your PRF filler appointment. While you experience minor redness or swelling, these side effects generally dissipate rapidly. You should avoid the sun and skincare products such as exfoliants for a few days. It is recommended to wear a physical sunscreen for a few days after. Results of the PRF fillers appear within a day or two and continue to improve over the next few weeks, and last a year or longer. Additional sessions may be needed to achieve your personal goals and will be discussed with your medical provider at your consultation.
The purpose of the treatment is for PRF to wake up dormant hair follicles. The longer they’ve been dormant, the less likely we are able to reactivate them. Patients who are in the early stages of hair loss or who have hair thinning will see the best results.
Treatment takes about an hour from time of arrival.
Every patient is different with regards to pain tolerance. We are unable to utilize topical numbing agents as they could affect the hair follicles. But this is generally well tolerated by patients.
First you will see a decrease in the amount of hair thinning and shedding. Next you will start to see hair growth usually in the first 2-3 months.
Each patient is unique with the size of the area, how long the hair follicles have been dormant, and overall health. It is recommended to repeat treatments every 6 weeks until a desired effect is achieved. Treatments should be performed once a month for three or four months, then every six to twelve months afterward.
To have the best results for this treatment, it is recommended to have multiple treatments. Therefore pricing is geared towards packages. One stand alone treatment session is $1,000. A package of 3 treatment sessions is $1,800. Prices are subject to change. Consultation must be performed for new clients prior to services. For services other than Liposuction, this can be performed the same day if time allows. Half of the estimated cost of services is required to schedule treatment sessions.
Hydrate and have a snack before your blood is drawn. Don’t take any blood-thinning medications or supplements for the week prior to your treatment. Do not drink any alcohol for three days prior.
We use tumescent anesthetic rather than general anesthetic meaning you will be awake and breathing on your own during the procedure. Tumescent anesthetic is a local anesthetic that is administered through small incisions with cannulas to the areas we are addressing. The fluid numbs the area and suspends the fat cells making them easier for removal. You are also provided medications to help reduce pain and anxiety during the procedure.
Plan on spending the majority of the day with us. Every patient is different with regards to the amount of volume being removed. Procedures can take anywhere from 30 minutes up to 5 hours. This does not account for prep time or recovery time.
It is recommended to take the day after the procedure off of work. No swimming, soaking, or submerging in any body of water for 4-6 weeks. No alcohol consumption for 2 weeks. There are no lifting restrictions afterwards. Recommend to hold off from strenuous exercises for 4-6 weeks but you can resume light exercise within a week of the procedure.
There is a recovery period afterwards with bruising and swelling. Every patient is different but this can last several weeks after the procedure. You will need to wear a compression garment afterwards. It typically takes 3-4 months to see end results but most patients are starting to see results at 8-12 weeks. up to 6 months afterwards you can continue to see skin tightening.
There is a limit of 5 liters of volume that can be removed during one session.

This is a well tolerated treatment. You may experience some burning and tingling while the peel is applied.
It may take up to 7 days to notice full results, but many patients see results within a day or two.
This varies person to person and is dependent on skin care routine afterwards as well as how deep of a peel was administered. The range is several weeks to several months.
Starting at $220. Price will be determined at consultation or treatment session. Prices are subject to change. Consultation must be performed for new clients prior to services. This is very well tolerated by clients. A topical numbing cream is applied 30-45 minutes ahead of the treatment to help with any discomfort.
The day of your treatment you should avoid direct sun exposure and hot showers. The day after your treatment you may apply pure mineral makeup. It is recommended to use physical sunscreen (zinc based). For a few days following the treatment it is recommended to avoid chlorinated pools and heavy perspiration.
Immediately after the treatment you may notice redness to your skin as if you have a mild sunburn. Minimal swelling or puffiness of the face or slight bruising is common day one. The skin may feel dry and tight for the first 3-5 days. Days 4-6 there is improvement with very little swelling or bruising.
Microneedling should not be performed sooner than 30 days from the most recent treatment. It takes the skin approximately 30 days to go through its healing phases. Depending on the skin condition being treated the recommendation is 6-10 weeks between treatments.
The new collagen fills depressed scars and wrinkles from the bottom up, lifting the depression so they are level with the surrounding skin. This process takes two to three months to produce visible results, and can also help thicken thinner, fine skin types.
When you come for a consultation, we will review your medical history to determine whether or not you are a candidate. There are some medical conditions that this treatment would be contraindicated with.
Due to using the body’s natural healing process, this does not provide instantaneous results. Results vary person to person but typically take two to four treatments spaced approximately 6 weeks apart.
Unfortunately this treatment is not recommended for those with keloids. Keloid scars are formed when scar tissue forms on the skin in excess, because of excess collagen production. Clients with keloids scars should consider alternative treatments such as the use of steroids.

PRF is natural and safe: PRF is derived from the patient's own blood, minimizing the risk of adverse reactions or complications.
PRF holds regenerative properties that stimulate the body's natural healing processes, promoting tissue regeneration and collagen production.
It can be used in an injectable form to treat acne scars, fine lines and wrinkles, improve under eye circles, to firm lax skin, and as a topical in conjunction with microneedling. PRF can also be used in certain joints and tendons for mild to moderate arthritis and tendonitis.
For patients who complete a series of 3 PRF Filler treatments one month apart, results can last for up to 1 year. It is recommended that after completing your first series of treatments to return for re-treatment every 6-12 months.
Initial results can be seen immediately, with continuing improvements that appear for 3-6 months.
You can return to your normal schedule immediately following your PRF filler appointment. While you experience minor redness or swelling, these side effects generally dissipate rapidly. The quick answer is no they do not remove wrinkles. Wrinkles are created by repetitive movement of the muscle. If you have wrinkles and fine lines that are only present when you are contracting that muscle, then the neurotoxin will help to prevent them. If you have static wrinkles, meaning they are present when the muscle is at rest, the toxin will not remove these wrinkles. There are other treatment options we can discuss at your consultation that can help treat these deeper lines and wrinkles.
A very small needle is used to inject which is generally well tolerated by patients. However, I do provide my patients the option to have a topical numbing applied prior to their injections. (This will increase length of appointment time and cost.)
We currently carry Botox, Dysport, and Jeuveau.

No, this is a minimally invasive procedure done in the clinic.
The lifting threads create a “skin repositioning” or tightening, depending on the kind of NovaThread used and the area of treatment. These barbed threads can be used to lift tissue on the jawline, cheeks, and neck.
Topical numbing medication is applied prior to the treatment to reduce any discomfort. This is well tolerated by patients.
Total in office time is anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half depending on the area being treated. This allows enough time for the topical numbing to take effect.
The threads absorb over four to six months, however the collagen that is created in its place lasts longer. The lifting effect of the threads can subside over 6-9 months time. Many patients then elect to have new threads placed.
